Who we are

This website is operated by Colibri Holdings Ltd (“Colibri Holdings”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 09741137), with its registered office at 71 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4BE, United Kingdom.

The short version

This is a static informational website. It has no contact forms and runs no advertising trackers. It uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — but only if you accept analytics cookies on the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. The only information we receive directly is whatever you choose to email us.

Information we collect

We only receive personal information that you choose to send us — for example, if you email us at the address listed on this site. In that case we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.

Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated, non-identifying usage data — such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and referring site. GA4 does not log or store your full IP address, and we do not use this data to identify you.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses and request logs) for security and to deliver the site. This is handled by the host as part of providing the service.

Cookies & consent

We use Google Consent Mode v2. When you first visit, analytics are set to denied by default and no analytics cookies or data are collected until you choose. The banner lets you decide:

• Decline — no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
• Accept — Google Analytics is enabled to help us understand how the site is used.

Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page, then choose again.

How we use it

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting correspondence or relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis & retention

Where the UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and on any consent you give by contacting us. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was sent, or as required by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us, and you may object to our processing of it. To make a request, email us using the address on our site. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Third-party links

This site links to companies within the Colibri group and to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites we do not operate; please review their policies separately.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
